This online workshop will support educational leaders to better understand and value their role in leadership development so that they become key enablers in leading their teams and students to perform at their best. This full day online workshop 9.30am - 3.30pm (AEST) will focus on the following outcomes:

  • Enabling others and encouraging collaboration

  • Building leadership credibility

  • Sustaining high morale
