Powerful Conversations - 13th June 2024
Professional conversations about performance do not have to be ‘hard’ or ‘difficult’. This online workshop 9.30am - 12.30pm (AEST) (or 11.30am - 2.30pm (NZST) for NZ based registrants) will introduce participants to a range of high impact strategies to reframe potentially challenging conversations with colleagues. This course will provide support to empower school leaders and teachers to stop avoiding having those difficult discussions with other team members. The course will focus on the following outcomes:
Developing better staff relationships based on honesty and integrity
Improving school culture by establishing protocols for receiving and providing powerful feedback on performance
Helping teachers and leaders learn to adapt to change within the organisation
Inspiring teachers to set goals to improve performance
Assisting school leaders and teachers to adopt high impact strategies to achieve goals and track progress
Creating better results for students, together
