This online workshop will assist educational leaders and teachers to improve their time management skills to become more productive and highly efficient in their roles.

The Time Management short course will empower participants with strategies to take back control of their time by better prioritising tasks and overcoming procrastination.

This convenient 3hr online workshop 9.30am - 12.30pm (AEST) (or 11.30am -2.30pm (NZST) for NZ based registrants) will focus on the following outcomes:

• What are our ‘time stealers’ – internal and external?

• It’s not about time – it’s about our energy and attention

• The Urgent vs The Important (Covey’s 4 Boxes)

• What could you stop doing, do less of or delegate?

• Overcoming procrastination

• Saying ‘no’ without damaging the relationship

• Dealing with interruptions and managing others

• How to run a meeting that never ends late!
