This online workshop will provide educational leaders and teachers with the skills, strategies and confidence to successfully lead change in their schools.

Just about all of us have experienced poor change management initiatives in schools and this can result in fatigue, resistance and sometimes an outright rebellion.

If you are planning to introduce any sort of future changes with your team e.g teaching and learning programs, curriculum or organisational structure, then this course will assist to create the conditions for success.

This convenient 3hr online workshop will focus on the following outcomes:

  • Why your change initiatives have worked or failed in the past

  • The key components of success

  • The Change Grid – Why people feel frustration, confusion and/or anxiety

  • Dealing with denial, resistance or negativity

  • Shifting your team from compliance (doing the bare minimum) to commitment (buying in)

  • What to do with those intent on ‘out-lasting’ the change
