This 3hr online workshop will support new and aspiring leaders to increase their capability and communication skills to lead their current or future teams with more confidence. With an impending shortage of experienced school leaders posing a critical challenge to the education sector, this course will bridge the knowledge and skills gap required to make a real difference in leading schools into the future.
