This practical online workshop introduces school leaders to PLi’s research-informed POWER Coaching model underpinned by the importance of connection, competence and autonomy. Participants will also understand how their Way of Being supports a Coaching approach and develop the core Coaching skills to have more impact in their professional conversations with others.
