This online workshop 9.30am - 3.30pm (AEST) will cover the key aspects of observation skills for school leaders/ teachers. Our model can be effectively integrated with teacher accreditation, performance and development and appraisal programs. The course will focus on the following areas:

• Collecting quality data

• Powerful coaching conversations
