Hosted on site at Aquinas College in Perth, WA this full day workshop (9.30am - 3pm AWST) will cover the key aspects of observation skills for school leaders/ teachers. Our model can be effectively integrated with teacher accreditation, performance and development and appraisal programs. The course will focus on the following areas:

• Planning for observations

• Observing without judgement

• Collecting quality data

• Powerful coaching conversations
